Stay
- Up to 5 Year.

From applicant
- Bali Visas application form.
- Original passport valid for a minimum of 36 months.
- A minimum of 3 months KITAS validity is required upon submission to immigration.
- Recent passport-style color photo (digital format).
- Copy of University Degree Certificate or relevant qualification/ experience.
- Place of work in Indonesia (Region).
- Job title/ position.
- Limited Stay Permit card (KITAS) proving that the applicant has lived in Indonesia for the last 3 years.
- SKTT (Temporary Residential Registration).
From company (PMA)
- Company deed of establishment and its amendments.
- Approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MoLHR) of company.
- Tax Registration Number (NPWP) of company.
- OSS documents (NIB, Ijin Lokasi, Ijin Usaha).
- Copy of shareholders passport or Indonesian ID card (KTP).
- Company letterhead and company stamp.
- Login TKA Online & Visa Online (If company has been registered).

- Domicile letter of Indonesian home address – IDR 250.000.
- Address change in same region – IDR 500.000.
- Address change to different region – IDR 1.000.000.
- SKTT (Temporary Residential Registration) – IDR 1.000.000.
- Kitap cancelation (EPO or ERP) – IDR 1.000.000.
- MERP extension 1 year – IDR 2.000.000.
- MERP extension 2 years – IDR 3.300.000.
Kitap cancelation
- You are required to cancel your Kitap if you want to terminate it or change to a new visa:
- EPO (Exit Permit Only) is required if you are inside Indonesia.
- ERP (Exit Re-Entry) Permit is required if you are outside of Indonesia.
